SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES:

I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid AND the organizers confirm the date/time of the session. Tardiness of my presence will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule, I will give contact prior to 24 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. Organizers reserve the right to reschedule the session with contact prior to 24 hours notice of said reserved session date also, nevertheless in case of force majeure due to technical reasons or medical reasons for the trainer notice period does not apply.
